Non-acceptance of packages
When a package is delivered to the front door or dropped off at a post office,Sunabzthe costs of delivering the package are covered. If the package is not accepted or not picked up by the post office, it is automatically returned to the delivery company. In this case, we will send you a new package free of charge. If it is not accepted the second time, we are entitled to retain €15 from the amount you receive in return.

Defective product?
What a shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we will always provide you with a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If it arrives faulty the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.

Package lost or returned without reason?
In case a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return.
